8:01 a.m. A Tuesday, the Rivera kitchen

It doesn't just remind you. It makes the call.

JenAI is your family's AI assistant, Jen. It picks up the phone and handles the dentist, the school, the plumber, the pharmacy, even the cable company when the bill goes up, so you never sit on hold again.

Prologue

This is Maya. She's the default parent.

Today she has four phone calls to make. She is going to make none of them. That's Jen's job: a small, polite AI assistant that picks up the phone, says up front that it's an AI, and gets the thing done.

How it works

Every call, in four beats.

  1. 1

    You ask.

Text or call Jen in plain English. Reschedule Leo's dentist to an afternoon next week.

  2. 2

    Jen calls.

It dials, says it's an AI assistant, waits through the phone tree, and talks to the office. You do nothing.

  3. 3

    You approve.

Before anything is booked or paid for, you get a one-tap Approve. Small stuff under your limit just goes through.

  4. 4

    Done, on your calendar.

You get a short report and the full transcript. Bookings land on your Google Calendar automatically.

Questions

Before you hand over the phone.

Do businesses actually talk to an AI?

Mostly, yes. Jen is polite, quick, and says up front that it's an AI assistant calling for your family. Most offices treat it like any caller. If a business declines, Jen thanks them, tells you honestly, and the attempt doesn't count against your plan.

What if Jen makes a mistake?

Jen can't book anything or spend a dollar over your limit without your one-tap approval — that's enforced by our servers, not just good intentions. And every call has a full transcript, so you can always see exactly what was said.

Is this legal?

Yes. Jen always discloses it's an AI, uses a synthetic voice (never a clone of a real person), never impersonates you, and announces recording where required. We built the compliance in from day one.

Will it call people randomly?

Never. Jen only calls the businesses you ask it to, about the things you asked for. If a business asks not to be called, we never call them again.

What do I need to install?

Nothing. You text Jen or call it. There's a web dashboard for transcripts and settings when you want it.

Can my partner use it too?

Yes — JenAI is per household. You both see everything Jen is doing, and either of you can approve with one tap. For bigger spends, you can require both of you to approve.

What about my family's private info?

Jen shares only what a call needs (like a first name and an appointment window), transcripts live in your private dashboard, and recordings auto-delete after 90 days. We never train AI models on your data and never build profiles of people who didn't sign up. You can export or delete everything anytime.

Can Jen really lower my bills?

Often, yes. Jen calls the retention line, collects the offers and brings them to you. It never accepts anything on that first call: you pick the offer, Jen calls back to lock it in, and 35 days later we check that your bill actually changed.

How does the school inbox work?

Your household gets a private forwarding address. Forward school emails (or send Jen a photo of a flyer) and Jen turns them into calendar entries, reminders and to-dos. Jen never replies to the school and never pays anything. Raw emails are deleted after 30 days.

What happens after my 3 free calls?

You'll get a note when you're on your last one. If you love it, plans start at $34/month. If not, you've lost nothing — there's no card on file.
